  • I would advise all of you persons interested to go out and purchase – or ask your local Library to get the following book for its Reference Shelves -  “Rights of Way : A guide to Law and Practise by Paul Clayden and John Trevelyan published jointly by Open Spaces Society & Ramblers Association” -  it has been printed in several editions and may currently be out of print but copies may be got on e bay. It is the layman’s “bible” on Rights of Way.
